We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

```Responsibilities```

- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

- Coordinate and schedule appointments

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency

```Skills```

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficiency in calendar management software and other office productivity tools
