$18-20/ hour

Addison Group has immediate openings for a Customer Service Representative. In this position you will be answering 50 incoming calls per day, assisting customers with with orders and complaints, provide order status to customers, and hit all call metrics. Must be willing to start shortly and work onsite in Austin. We are looking for someone who is comfortable multi-tasking and having a positive and professional approach.

Must have:

• 2 years of Customer Service Representative experience
• Experience working within Microsoft Office Suite
