Description
Responsibilities:
• Works on complex hardware and software problems.
• Interacts with external help desk to restore service and/or identify and correct issues.
• Understands basic networking and communication protocols.
• Installs new equipment and applications and maintains existing equipment.
• Participates in end user device projects and moves, adds, changes of equipment hardware, software and peripherals including on-site trouble shooting of existing equipment.
• Reports problems via established policies, procedures.
Requirements
• Desire to attain A Certification.
• 0-3 years of experience (including educational, internship, or professional)
• Ability to get along with various end users and interact in a professional demeanor at all times.
• Providing excellent service and strong communication skills.
• Strong customer service and technical skills; must be self- motivated and reliable.
• A good understanding of Microsoft Office, iPhones/iPads, laptop and desktop computers, and network printers.
• Independent troubleshooting and thinking skills.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Bending, lifting, and moving equipment.
• Extended periods of walking and standing.
