Position: Desktop Technician

Location: Downtown Indy

Duration: 6 month rolling contract

Start: ASAP

Our client located in Indianapolis, IN is looking to bring on a skilled deployment technician to ensure new and old equipment is properly swapped, imaged, and connected to their new domain. As well as then categorized, organized, and stored correctly. These individuals will be working within a team to deploy laptops, desktops, and printers across their facilities and ensure all inventory is in the correct location.

Responsibilities:

• Technicians will be responsible for setting up machines in staging, removing new machines pre-imaged domains and connecting to site domain
• Swapping out all existing machines with new machines and ensuring they are properly labeled, recorded, and documented
• Logging into new machines and replacing files, printers, and favorites back in place as needed
• Manually load software that might be required of the machine
• Collect old machines and return to designated area
• Collaborate with onsite leadership and team members to move project along and stay on top of timelines

Qualification:

• 2 Years of deployment experience
• Experience working in a complex environment
• Must be extremely organized
• Comfortable working onsite Indianapolis Mon-Fri

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
