Position Overview:
Are you a tech-savvy leader with a passion for innovation? We're looking for a Technical Product
Manager to drive the evolution of our groundbreaking product, SBOX, the leading solution for
inside the corporate network enterprise Selenium Grid. If you're ready to lead the charge in
revolutionizing automated testing, this is the role for you.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on software
products and solutions.
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, and Appium.
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and software quality assurance practices is highly
desirable.
• Strong technical background with expertise in automation testing methodologies, tools,
and technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully defining, launching, and managing software products
from concept to delivery
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
influence and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA)
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
Responsibilities:
• Define and communicate the strategic vision and direction for SBOX, aligning with
market trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and analyze
requirements, translating them into actionable product features and enhancements.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps that prioritize features and initiatives based on
business value, technical feasibility, and market demand.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to define detailed specifications, user
stories, and acceptance criteria for product features and enhancements.
• Drive the release planning process, coordinating with development teams to ensure
timely delivery of high-quality releases that meet customer expectations.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer interviews to identify
emerging trends, opportunities, and customer pain points.
• Serve as a product preacher, promoting SBOX through thought leadership,
presentations, and participation in industry events and conferences.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and
impact of product initiatives, regularly monitoring and analyzing performance data to
drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a customer advocate, gathering feedback, addressing issues, and ensuring a
positive customer experience throughout the product lifecycle.
• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering,
marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and collaboration across
departments.
