Job Description
Part-Time Help Desk Technician
The Help Desk Technicians are responsible to cover the Help Desk from 8AM - 8PM with staggering schedules; they are also critical in covering classroom support for both the School for Children and Graduate School classrooms.
Reporting to the Infrastructure Communications Technologies (ICT) Manager, the PT Technician must function within the service-oriented culture of IT and, in particular, the Help Desk.
Schedule : Monday-Friday 3PM-7PM (minimum 20 hours / week)
Responsibilities :
Education and / or Experience :
Bachelor degree in computer science preferred, or a minimum of 2 or more years of related experience.
Qualifications :
Start Date : Immediately
Salary : $25 / hour
