The Bank of Orrick is seeking a highly technical and analytical Marketing Automations Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize our marketing automation strategies to enhance our nurturing, conversion, and retention processes.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Collaborate with content creators and designers to plan, build and execute email and SMS campaigns to meet business objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance and give recommendations for continuous optimization.
• Develop and maintain lists and segmentation strategies for various target audiences to ensure personalized and targeted marketing communications.
• Implement and evaluate AB test strategies.
• Understand and implement best practices for deliverability, sender reputation and other regulatory considerations such as CANSPAM.
• Create, monitor and report on critical metrics, including email marketing results and engagement, through the customer journey.
• Document processes, including workflows and QA testing, to improve efficiency and ensure emails adhere to regulatory requirements.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

· 2-5 years of experience in marketing automation and email marketing.

· Proven experience with HubSpot or similar email marketing/automation tools.

· Strong understanding of marketing funnel concepts and strategies to optimize each stage of the funnel.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Familiarity with industry best practices and trends in email marketing.
