Welcome to Glu Hospitality! We are currently seeking candidates for a Quick Service Multi-Unit Regional Manager position at a growing breakfast & lunch franchise.

The Regional Manager is responsible for finding suitable staff and training them, keeping a record of all income and expenses, maintaining look & feel at all units and working with kitchen staff to maintain recipe standards.

To be successful as a Regional Manager you should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. A great restaurant general manager ensures that customers are satisfied while managing back-of-house priorities.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Accommodate the needs of our guests
• Lead in directing, planning and overseeing the operations of the venue
• In charge of in the decision-making process for interviewing, hiring, and training new applicants.
• Responsible for the scheduling, growth opportunities and employee development of all front-of-house employees
• Responsible for operations to ensure quality, safety, efficiency and profitably
• Attends and leads meetings
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of operational systems, including payroll
• Helps maintain POS (Toast) and Reservation functions (Open Table)
• Ensures all employees are compliant with all house standards & procedures
• Reconciliation of restaurant financials
• Practical knowledge of the job duties of all supervised employees
• Ensures the completion of all opening and closing procedures
• Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Glu Hospitality Employee Handbook
• Demonstrates knowledge of Glu Hospitality and its partners

Requirements

• Associates’ Degree in Hospitality Preferred or work experience equivalent
• Minimum of 3 year(s) hospitality experience as a Manager
• Strong guest service foundation, ability to coach, build a team, problem solve, and leadership skills
• Ability to lead, plan and manage change
• Be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail
• Proficient with computers (Microsoft Products), POS, and technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
