• Head the management and evolution of enterprise scale mission critical MarTech platforms
• Define and execute the marketing technology roadmap to deliver shared frameworks for the broader enterprise Marketing and Business teams
• Implement and manage scalable marketing automation platforms, websites, AI/ML models, hyper personalized content to improve customer communication and conversions
• Keep current on emerging marketing trends and best practices, including new and emerging strategies and technologies
• Ensure project management, development and documentation protocols and processes are adhered to by the Marketing Technology Center of Excellence teams
• Develop, deploy, and optimize a data-driven understanding of the client journey to drive decision making on marketing strategies
• Work with the Marketing Leadership team to develop relevant KPIs, metrics, dashboards and reporting analytics to measure the effectiveness of the marketing channels/tactics and marketing strategies and influence the content strategy
• Partner closely with technology teams across the COEs and the enterprise to integrate the MarTech platforms with other systems and data sources
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
