Impact:
An Account Executive is responsible for selling and introducing Axon products and services to established and new University & K-12 Law Enforcement Security customers. The primary duty involves tracking and following up on leads the organization generates via web, training courses, and other campaigns owning the full sales cycle. In addition, this person will be responsible for prospecting and driving demand in an assigned territory for all Axon products.

The Pay: The compensation for this role is made up of an uncapped commissions and a starting base pay between USD 48000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 73000 in the highest geographic market. On average, the national commissions target for this role is USD 120000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and geographic market demands and often a combination of all these factors.
