You are an invaluablemember of ouragile development team and will troubleshoot problems, provide training, document issues, and escalate bugs and integration errors to our development team.Your problem-solving ability, analytical mind, anddrive to exceed expectations will lead you to excel in this role.OverviewAs a member of the Centeva development team, you are an invaluableasset byproviding the support ourend-users need throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and will troubleshoot problems, provide training, document issues, and escalate bugs and integration errors to our development team.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDocument and analyze business requirements so that they may be accurately translated into functional and technical requirements.Create and update various documents including monthly status reports, user guides, process diagrams.Work with the Product Owner, Developers, and other stakeholders to deliver software functionality needed by a variety of user groups.Conduct system testing and facilitates user acceptance testing after each release.Plan, facilitate and coordinate meetings across multiple client teams and programs. Distribute minutes to stakeholders and attendees.Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.Develop working knowledge of the clients industry and uses this information to support continuous improvement.Provide training and support to end users as we implement and adopt new softwareAssist with support tickets and effectively work with the support deskProvide Service Excellence in every engagement with our end users at all levels.Provide service excellence at all levels and with all client interactions.Required :Bachelors Degree, preferably in Business or a technical field1-3years of professional experience as a BA or similar role.Possess strong collaboration and communication skillsClient focused approach with outstanding interpersonal skillsHigh technical aptitude and a desire to learnExcellent troubleshooting ability and a technical aptitudeExperience with JIRA and Confluence.
