Axiom Upgrades is Hiring a Technical Support I (FT) Near Austin, TX
- Deliver customer service and technical support to Axiom sales representatives, customers, and end-users to help resolve technical issues/questions in both pre and post sales environments and process SWAP or warranty claims.
- Take incoming and make outgoing cold and warm calls from customers or resellers.
- Maintain a detailed log notating customer issues and using the information to follow-up when needed, recognize trends, monitor warranty claims, etc.
- Communicate professionally and enthusiastically by phone and email, responding in a timely manner because you know the customer comes first!
- Networking hardware experience required
- 1 year minimum of customer/technical support experience in the field of computer hardware sales or manufacturing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to accurately enter data into appropriate systems, identify and solve issues in a timely manner, and set priorities to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent computer/product researching abilities.
- Product knowledge and how it relates to PCs, servers, laptops, network switches, storage attached networks (SAN), network attached storage (NAS), network cables (fiber, copper, etc.).
Compensation: Starting pay range of $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
