Omni One is more than an advanced hardware system, it’s a complete gaming platform. Its online game store sells games developed by Virtuix and top titles licensed from third parties.

As our Technical Support Manager, you’ll join our mission to launch Omni One and bring our popular gaming experience to millions of homes around the world.

Job Description

We’re seeking a Technical Support Manager to lead the customer service team at our Austin headquarters. Currently, this team primarily supports entertainment venues operating Omni Arena. As we ramp up sales of Omni One in 2024, the team will increasingly support home users of Omni One.

The Technical Support Manager reports to the Operations Director and will also work closely with Virtuix’s CEO. This is a hands-on role that combines front-line customer interaction with supervising the overall team. The work location is Virtuix’s office (not remote).
