| 7 | Required | Proven experience leading enterprise level technology projects on time and within budget according to PMO standards & best practices. |
| 7 | Required | Demonstrated experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills, including clarity and conciseness; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management |
| 7 | Required | Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations to ensure alignment and collaborations throughout the project lifecycle. |
| 7 | Required | Expert proficiency with M365 and key project management tools such as Lucidchart, MS Project, PPM, etc. |
| 7 | Required | Experience developing comprehensive project plans & charters, outlining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets. |
| 5 | Required | Experience in SDLC methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC/Waterfall |
