What you'll do:

• Customer Success Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with corporate clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their mobility needs. Understand client objectives, travel policies, and preferences to provide customized solutions that meet their requirements.
• Business Development: Find opportunities for account growth and expansion within existing client portfolios. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new corporate accounts and partnerships.
• Contracts: finalize corporate contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and Avis Budget Group. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal departments, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure flawless service delivery and exceed client expectations. Provide insights and feedback to improve products and services based on customer needs.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on account performance for improvement. Use data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.

You should apply if you bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• A demonstrated ability in client success or account management.
• Excellent communication and social skills.
• Ability to analyze data and draw substantial insights.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant tools.
• Open to travel for business, including some overnight travel. Based on geographic location the percent of overnight travel will vary.
• Candidate must have a valid driver's license.
