Aventus Builders is Hiring a Sales Executive Near Indianapolis, IN

Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm calling to potential clients in the target market
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outbound calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

-Perform PM inspections and ensure Quality Control on all job sites

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of the target market and industry trends
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
