Indy Eleven is Hiring an Account Executive, Ticket Sales Near INDIANAPOLIS, IN

Title: Account Executive, Ticket Sales 
Department: Ticket Sales  
Reports To: Vice President, Ticket Sales & Services 
Indy Eleven Professional Soccer is seeking a highly motivated, dedicated, and hard-working professional to sell season tickets, corporate suites, and group tickets for “Indiana’s Team” in the United Soccer League. The Account Executive position requires a comfort level with a high volume of outreach to prospective buyers, as well as face-to face at events and in the community to help to exceed all sales goals. The successful candidate will also deliver an enhanced fan experience by building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service. Primary responsibilities for the Ticket Sales Account Executive will include, but are not limited to: 
  • Developing and managing relationships in the soccer community, the corporate community, and the Hispanic and other multi-cultural communities that will help drive ticket sales. 
  • Responsible for selling season tickets and effectively managing and building relationships that lead to season ticket renewals. 
  • Developing new contacts with groups and organizations via phone calls and face-to-face presentations that lead to ticket sales. 
  • On top of assigned leads to call, cultivating new leads through prospecting and networking to grow ticket sales. 
  • Bring a positive attitude, with a team-first mentality, to continue to help boost our already strong working culture. 
  • Managing or assisting with fulfillment for groups on game days/events 
  • Attending each home game, as well as occasional events in the community
Qualifications for this position include:  
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge and passion for sales and customer service 
  • Goal-oriented personality 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team first mentality 
  • Knowledge of Central Indiana and its soccer community 
  • At least one year of experience in sales in which a sports focus is strongly preferred 
  • Experience in Archtics and Salesforce is a plus 
  • The ability to speak more than one language will be considered a strong asset 
The Ticket Sales Account Executive position will include a base salary and potential for commission. In addition, Indy Eleven employees are eligible for a health benefit package through the organization.
