Essential Job Functions:

• Develop and maintain a customer/prospect database
• Generate and qualify leads
• Source and develop client referrals
• Prepare sales action plans and schedules
• Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
• Assist marketing manager to plan and conduct direct marketing activities
• Make sales calls to new and existing clients
• Hold technical sales meetings with customers using IT Resource engineering staff to augment capabilities
• Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
• Negotiate with clients
• Develop sales proposals
• Present sales contracts
• Maintain sales activity records and reports
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and maintain good client relationships
• Work with service delivery manager on product and service delivery to customers
• Follow up on sales activity
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
• Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
• Conduct market research and surveys
• Participate in sales events
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, educational technology, marketing, sales, or related field preferred.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
