They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. Is competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will need to be self-motivated, trustworthy, and feel comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results and contribute to driving sustainable growth. The Texas Region Administrative Assistant will ensure organization and running of the daily administrative operational duties for AutoSavvy in the Texas Purchasing Department.

At AutoSavvy, we are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative Assistant for our Texas Region. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring our staff can function efficiently and effectively. We are looking for a diligent, hard-working professional who thrives under pressure and demonstrates a high level of competence in managing office support tasks independently.
As the Texas Region Administrative Assistant, you will be instrumental in organizing and maintaining the daily operational duties of our Texas Area Purchasing Department. Your role will help drive sustainable growth through meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to adopting innovative methods.
Schedule:
Full Time
Monday to Friday
8 AM to 5 PM
Compensation:
$18 to $22 per hour
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative support to colleagues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and information.
Prepare and submit reports on a timely basis.
Handle phone calls and manage email correspondences.
Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with customers and colleagues.
Required Skills:
Experience in office administration, coordination, or a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Knowledge of the intricacies of motor vehicle titles is a plus.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities.
Experience with title processing, document auditing, MS Office, web-based applications, and data entry is preferred.
Acute attention to detail.
Capability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
Solid team cooperation and support skills.
Sharp problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish or Arabic is a plus.
Licensed state notary is a plus.
