We are seeking a Bilingual (English-Spanish) highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our law office. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth office functioning. This is a full-time position.

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate depositions
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate individuals
- Typing letter to clients in English and Spanish
- Utilize Word and Excel spreadsheets
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Experience:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to understand Spanish is a must.
