Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our clinic. Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members
• Coordinate with therapists and clinicians to ensure seamless client experiences
• Manage the calendar and schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate client records and confidentiality
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
• Manage inventory of office supplies and order as needed
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a receptionist or administrative role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• Experience in a behavioral health setting a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
