Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Controller to join our team. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Duties:

- Manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and revenue recognition
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CMA preferred
- Proven working experience as a Controller
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with creating financial statements
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
