Job SummaryThis position will oversee all financial and accounting functions including but not limited to billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit and collections, budgeting and other functions
Essential Functions
- Oversee and manage the day to day accounting functions
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual reporting
- Coordination of the annual budget process
- Establish and maintain processes and policies
- Manage a team of accounting professionals
- Special projects as needed
- Bachelors Degree required; Masters degree and/or CPA highly preferred
- 10 years of progressive accounting experience is required
- Strong managerial experience
- Proven track record in process improvement and streamlining accounting & reporting procedures
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Must be self-motivated
- Team oriented
