However, for the right candidate who demonstrates exceptional industry fit and embodies our core values through proven performance during training, the potential earnings significantly increase.

From the fourth month onwards, you have the opportunity to transition to a commission-based compensation structure, where your earnings are directly tied to your success. We believe in rewarding dedication, talent, and results, with the potential for a minimum earning of $10,000 per month and beyond.

The Business Development / Sales / Marketing / Growth Associate plays a vital role in driving the growth and expansion of our Real Estate Title and Settlement company. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development within the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and Pursuing Business Opportunities: Researching potential clients and markets, identifying key decision-makers, and proactively reaching out to generate new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conducting market analysis to identify trends, competitive offerings, and opportunities for growth. Utilizing market insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Marketing Collateral Development: Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and proposals that effectively showcase our services and value proposition.
  • Networking and Industry Engagement: Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness, generate leads, and foster strategic partnerships.
  • Continuous Improvement: Staying abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Providing feedback and insights to the team to enhance service offerings and operational efficiency.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring key performance metrics, tracking sales activities, and preparing regular reports to management on sales pipeline, revenue performance, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or marketing roles within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate title and settlement processes, including knowledge of title insurance, escrow, and closing procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
