### Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
### Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics
### Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in outside sales or business development roles
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Technical sales or technology sales experience is a plus
