Responsibilities:
- Assisting with all internal and external projects, including preparing highly technical applications, forms, contracts, and agreements.
- Planning, launching, maintaining and finalizing time-sensitive projects, such as grant applications, pilot deployments, and partnerships.
- Managing internal documentation, databases, and CRM systems.
- Taking ownership of the company’s goals and objectives, ensuring that each initiative is completed on time with the necessary resources.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Masters degree in a relevant field.
- Track record in leading and supporting strategic projects, from start to successful finish, with a “deal list” including projects worth at least hundreds of thousands of dollars.
- Demonstrated experience of working in a highly technical environment.
- Exceptional communication and organization skills.
- Intense work ethic, self-motivation, and a track record of initiative.
Optional:
- Knowledge/experience in oncology, pathology or molecular diagnostics.
- MD, PhD, MBA, or other relevant advanced degree.
- Power user of CRM software and other relevant software.

Location: NYC based (office in Midtown Manhattan).
The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $115,000. Final compensation will include a meaningful equity component, and total compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
