As a crucial part of the business process at ASUS, the Inside Sales team partners with internal teams and customers to ensure all sales demands are fulfilled. The Inside Salesresponsibilities include generating reports, analyzing data, processing orders, and monitoring inventory. To be successful in the position, the ideal candidate must work effectively in a high volume, fast paced environment. You need to be a fast learner and highly resourceful at getting the job done.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle the needs of sales representatives and South American customer accounts
• Check on customer orders, prices, and process
• Handle customer issues, inquiries, and returns
• Monitor shipment schedule to ensure timely deliver
• Manage and provide marketing materials for accounts
• Coordinate with other departments, such as accounting, logistics, and marketing
• Process sales credit and/or sales order adjustments
• Setup new customer addresses for shipping
• Provide weekly backorder list for planning
• Attend customer and sales weekly meetings as planned
• Processing purchase orders
• Forecasting based on customer ladder
• Processing marketing activities and sales related procedures
• Generating and preparing weekly reports to Sales, Account managers and customers
• Communicating with customers routinely, Coming up with product promotional activities, monitoring account inventories and sales number
• Working collaboratively withSales, product managers, forwarders, and customers for shipments delivering to customers
• Working with Warehouse/Accounting department to ensure orders ship out/invoice on time and able to follow up on returning products
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time, at the discretion of management

Required Qualifications:

Years of Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• 0-2 years of related experience

Knowledge and Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel including V-Lookup and Pivot Tables.
• Ability to work independently and under minimum supervision
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to speak English fluently (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to speak Mandarin or Spanishpreferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Working in an office environment, requiring sitting for extended periods of time

$24.00 - $26.00 is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
