ASUS COMPUTER INTERNATIONAL is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales
Assist the sales team by generating reports, data analysis, consolidating shipment information, product allocation, order processing, and various tasks assigned by the manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle the needs of sales representatives and North American customer accounts
- Check on customer orders, prices, and process
- Handle customer issues, inquiries, and returns
- Generate and prepare weekly customer allocation reports
- Monitor shipment schedule to ensure timely delivery
- Manage and provide marketing materials for accounts
- Coordinate with other departments, such as accounting, logistics, and marketing
- Process sales credit and/or sales order adjustments
- Setup new customer addresses for shipping
- Provide weekly backorder list for planning
- Attend customer and sales weekly meetings as planned
Required Qualifications:
Years of Education
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Work Experience
- 2 years of related work experience
Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access
- Ability to adapt, prioritize and multi-task in a fast pace and changing environment
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Works well individually and with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin
Working Conditions:
- Working in an office environment, requiring sitting for extended periods of time
$66,560 - $75,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
