Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Configuration/Data Managerlocated at the Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. This position will support Engineering, Professional, and Administrative Support Services contract, supporting the Air Force Division.

JOB DETAILS:

LOCATION: San Antonio, TX

JOB STATUS: Full time

TRAVEL: None

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• 10 years' experience of which 3 years must be in the DoD; or 15 years' experience in lieu of bachelor's degree, of which 5 must be in the DoD.
• Current Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: 

• Experience with MIL-HDBK-61
• Experience performing baseline administrative activities for multiple environments.
• Ability to enter and manipulate data in a database.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Experience in MS office suite software required.

 RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Provide configuration management of all relevant program artifacts.
• Archive acquisition documentation.
• Report the development/sustainment contractor’s data delivery status.
• Support pre- and post-contract award data reviews.
• Review and analyze the development/sustainment contractor’s conformance to CDRL requirements.
• Process government and development/sustainment contractor correspondence.
• Support the establishment of workflows.
• Track data item deliverables and responses.
• Support development/sustainment of paper and automated archival systems of all covered documentation.
• Receive and distribute CDRL deliverables.
• Maintain distribution lists of points of contact of CDRL data deliverable for programs method of transmittal (i.e., a common mailbox, integrated digital environment, CD-ROM, etc).
• Ensure integrity of CDRL justification forms.
• Monitor contractor compliance of CDRL data deliverables.
• Provide data manager input into all program documentation.
• Identify data requirements in the statement of work, statement of objectives, and/or performance work statement.
