Waypoint’s client is seeking an Junior-Level Configuration and Data Management Analyst which requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience or a Master's and 0 years of experience. The successful candidate will perform basic configuration and data management assignments, requiring use of applied concepts, principles, theories, practices, and techniques.

• Records, tracks, and maintains status of documents and action items via databases Army Portfolio Management System (APMS, eMASS).
• Establishes baselines for hardware and software systems
• Update APMS/eMASS packages and/or documentation for completeness, proper authorizations and adherence to specific requirements, policies, and theories
• Prepares agenda, directives, and meeting minutes; may participate in various meetings
• May develop and generate special reports and/or weekly progress reports
• May work closely with more experienced configuration/data management analysts on projects.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Entry level: 0-1 years related experience.
• Working knowledge of Office desktop applications including Excel, Word, ect. and database software packages.
• The ability to verbally communicate clearly and concisely
