Position Title: Entry-Level Configuration and Data Management Analyst
Position Type: Hybrid Onsite/Telework
Location: San Antonio, TX
Clearance: Secret (or ability to obtain)
Description:Waypoint’s client is seeking an Entry-Level Configuration and Data Management Analyst. The successful candidate will perform basic configuration and data management assignments, requiring use of applied concepts, principles, theories, practices, and techniques.Responsibilities:

Records, tracks, and maintains status of documents and action items via databases Army Portfolio Management System (APMS, eMASS).
Establishes baselines for hardware and software systems
Update APMS/eMASS packages and/or documentation for completeness, proper authorizations and adherence to specific requirements, policies, and theories
Prepares agenda, directives, and meeting minutes; may participate in various meetings
May develop and generate special reports and/or weekly progress reports
May work closely with more experienced configuration/data management analysts on projects.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Entry level: 0-1 years related experience.
Working knowledge of Office desktop applications including Excel, Word, ect. and database software packages.
The ability to verbally communicate clearly and concisely

Required Education:Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, would be preferred if it is a STEM related degree. Four additional years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree. Or an Associate’s degree plus two additional years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelors degree.
