Aston Carter is Hiring a Talent acquisition coordinator Near Washington, DC

Day to day :

  • Assisting with high volume onboarding, between10-20 people per week based on the project
  • Roles that are being hired on : Home health aides,,home care assistants etc. very diverse range of skillsets but very entry level.
  • Some entry level hires may not have technology at home, so the will likely come into the office for assistance with onboarding / compliance / benefits.

The TA coordinator would be responsible for "hand-holding through this process in person to ensure everything runs

smoothly

  • Answering phone calls from new hires andrecruitment team regarding onboarding and coordination needs
  • Tracking the status on onboarding and sharingwith relevant departments
  • Communication with vendors on contractor status(ex. Staffing agencies)
  • Partnering with recruitment team to understand current and upcoming project needs Requirements :
  • 3 years of experience with TA coordination
  • Ability to commute to Silver Springs, MD.
  • Customer service, patience, and resourcefulness
  • Abilily to work independently and track onboarding processes for multiple departments
