Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative who is committed to joining our team. You will play a crucial role in guiding families through the journey of finding suitable senior living options. The Business Development focuses on ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for families, addressing their concerns, and providing valuable assistance during this important transition.

As a Business Development Representative, you are expected to fulfill the following:

  • Understanding our value proposition, and being able to communicate it clearly while having an understanding of Assisted Living Magazine’s vision in the industry;
  • Assisting families in navigating the process of selecting appropriate senior living options with empathy and expertise;
  • Maintaining open and effective communication with families, addressing concerns, and providing timely updates;
  • Collaborate with partner communities to foster positive relationships, staying informed about available options and ensuring the best fit for families; and
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and senior living options to provide informed and personalized support to families.

Ideal Business Development Representative should have:

  • Compassionate and empathetic approach towards seniors and their families;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, nurture relationships, and strong presentation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Comfort with technology and a willingness to embrace digital tools for streamlined communication and information sharing;
  • Knowledge of senior living options and related services is a plus; and
  • Experience in Hubspot (preferred but not required).
