Nightsea is a fast-growing e-commerce subsidiary of Sailvan Times. The company is a cross-border brand e-commerce that sells high-quality and individuality to global consumers through third-party e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Wish, and vertical category self-operated websites such as SHESHOW and Retro Stage. Modern lifestyle products, including clothing accessories, sports and entertainment, department stores and home furnishings, etc. At the same time, the company also provides logistics services to third parties based on its comprehensive cross-border warehousing and logistics system.
Job Summary
Are you a self-motivated and outgoing person? Nightsea, Inc is seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal talent will have strong social, customer service, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The most important sales skills. If you like hiking and outdoor activities that’s a plus!

Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in and support the operational activities of the company, implementing sales and marketing goals, market strategies, and product strategies based on strategic planning and industry trends. This includes market expansion, establishing partnerships, developing distribution channels, formulating sales policies, and building service systems, while ensuring performance targets are met and budgets are controlled.
  • Deeply engaged in supporting the planning, product updates, and research of the transportation product line, as well as driving North American product development projects. This involves collecting, summarizing, and providing feedback on regional market trends, competitive information, product feedback, and customer needs, to ensure the alignment of products with market and customer demands.
  • Establish and develop customer relationships in the region, expand the market channels in the United States, and maintain key channel partners and clients through regular communication and visits. Enhance sales performance and market share in the market of the United States. 
  • Arrange, implement, and support the execution of regional marketing and promotional plans, as well as brand positioning and promotion strategies, to establish a strong corporate brand image.
  • Meet and exceed goals each monthly and quarter
  • Perform other supportive tasks related to business expansion and regional operations.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required, Associate’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in sales or business development is preferred
  • Strong social, customer service, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with state and federal safety regulations
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States as required

Our headquarters are in Bridgewater, NJ, but we are happy to consider remote candidates in the following states: CA, FL, NJ, NY, and WA.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Flexible work from home options available.
