ASM is looking for a Senior Manager, US Region People Partner to support the support and corporate US business operations. The population is expected to grow to approximately 325 US based employees, managers and directors by year end.

The Regional People Partner supports the Global Operations, Platform Engineering and Corporate functions US management teams. The role reports into the Head of People, US.

Accountabilities include but are not limited to

· Delivers pro-active support towards key stakeholders, anticipates on business needs

· Emphasis on strategic activities, such as organization & leadership development, culture and engagement, employer of choice and strategic workforce planning

· Focuses on understanding business strategy and competitive landscape (Business acumen)

· Establish a solid understanding of the business, build and expand relationships with program leadership teams, and create close partnerships across HR centers of excellence (COE's)

· Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the organization and develop solutions in partnership with programs

· Provide business insight through data analytics, research and benchmarking to inform and recommend solutions to enable business growth

· Play a key change leadership role in the company's transformation by reinforcing a culture supported by the ASM Core Values We Deliver, We innovate, We Care.

· Leadership Development-focused on comprehensive succession planning

Qualifications include but are not limited to

· Must have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and a minimum of 12 years of HR experience, or a master's degree in HR related field with a minimum of 9 years of HR experience

· Demonstrated ability to communicate within various levels of the organization and excellent negotiation skills

· Demonstrated leadership and relationship building skills

· Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, implement and close multiple projects

· Have the capacity to understand people issues impacting the business

· Possess the proven ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally

· Have proven ability to influence others

· Have excellent attention to detail

· Initiative to identify and anticipate needs and make recommendations for implementation
