We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to join our team for our metals company in Pompano Beach, Florida.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience with QuickBooks

The candidate will be required to perform the following responsibilities including, but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Provide various administrative support
• Sorting incoming calls

• Order Follow-up

• Filing

• Copying

• Processing Mail (incoming and outgoing)

• Work closely with managers on operational duties
• Schedule meetings

• Invoicing

• Ordering supplies
