Ultimate Staffing is hiring several Customer Service Representatives to provide customer service and have the passion to maintain customers in the know at all times. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Answering customer calls, and most importantly providing prompt resolution to issues that might come up. Excellent attention to detail is needed, superb data entry skills, assisting and reviewing informations prior to creation of invoices, verifying new account information. Making outbound customer calls with information for updates and making sure the customer is satisfied with the process.
Experience needed:
Experience in heavy inbound/outboun calls and call transfering/escalations skills.
3 years of B2B account management and support.
Great skills with proofreading and editing documents.
People skills and friendly demeanor at all times.
