Customer Service Representative
Bay Area Production Services has an immediate, full-time opening for an experienced Customer Service Representative to handle the end-to-end journey of our print and post-production customers.
Reporting to the VP of Operations, the primary responsibilities of this position are to manage customer queries and complaints; process orders and modifications; and escalate complaints or requests from multiple communication channels.

In accordance with applicable law, Hearst is required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role if hired in California. The reasonable estimate is between $52,000 and $63,200. Please note this information is specific to those hired in Fremont. If this role is open to candidates outside of Fremont, the salary range would be aligned to that specific location. A final decision on the successful candidate’s starting salary will be based on a number of permissible, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to skills and experience, training, certifications, and education.
