Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Manager is a role that is responsible for helping prospective residents move into Luther Ridge. Position(s)’s primary duty is to meet/communicate with referral sources and prospective admissions and coordinate, gather and synthesize information in order to make critical decisions that achieve set marketing objectives. The ability to carry out this primary duty is necessary for daily and long term business operations. This duty requires that the employee exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance pertaining to the admission process.
Essential Responsibilities – Sales & Marketing:
oPresentations per month to healthcare professionals.
oSales calls (scheduled or cold calls) to qualified referral sources.
oCommunity Events/Programs per quarter.
oProfessional Events/Programs per quarter.
oProfessional Tours weekly.
Non-Essential Responsibilities:
·Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
·College degree in health and human services or related field or equivalent education and sales/marketing experience.
·Must be able to clearly and proficiently communicate with people of all ages, while maintaining an energetic and positive attitude.
·Ability to work effectively within a team based environment required.
·Strong time management and organizational skills required.
·Occasionally work evenings and weekends to meet the needs of residents and prospective residents required.
·Knowledge of local state and federal regulations pertaining to resident care and services required.
·Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor required.
·Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English required.
Physical/Mental Demands:
·Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
