Where would you step in?
As a valuable member of our marketing team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing a broad, comprehensive, and strategic communication plan. Within our hybrid work model, you can sit in any of our 16 offices across the Northeast in MA, CT, ME, NY, RI, or NH.

Our growing marketing team includes 11 professionals in operations, proposals, and communications. Our specialists work with subject matter experts throughout the organization, making an impact in pursuit strategy and bringing in exciting new projects. The team supports one another across career tracks, celebrates personal milestones, and recognizes individuals for their contributions. What will you be doing?
You will play a pivotal role in increasing brand recognition, ensuring a consistent visual brand in the marketplace that reflects our employee-owned culture and reputation of excellent technical expertise and client service. You will be responsible for development and execution of the communications areas of the annual marketing plan, such as campaigns, thought leadership, content calendar population, media outreach, advertisements, and digital messaging. You will also oversee all elements of Tighe & Bond’s visual brand and partner with a variety of stakeholders including Talent Acquisition to develop our Employer Brand guidelines and materials. In this role, you will manage, mentor, and develop a team of Communications Specialists.

What do you need?
You will need to understand the ever-evolving nature of communications within the AEC industry, as well as best practices outside the industry, and hold a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. You should have proven experience in a communications role where you were responsible for strategic planning, mentoring others, and overseeing the execution of the communications vision. You will need to think creatively, have excellent problem solving and project management skills, and the ability to work in a cross-functional way across the business and with a variety of different leaders and team members.
