We are looking for professional & dedicated AP Specialists to join our team!

Knowledge & Experience:

• Perform daily accounts payable activities including processing invoices and statement reconciliations.
• Verify that all vendor invoices are approved and properly coded.
• Oversee all vendor correspondence via email or phone, evaluating and reconciling all vendor statements.
• Code AP vouchers with vendor ID, amount, GL period, and GL account code.
• Monitor accounts payable email box and ensures timely responses to all inquiries.
• Ensure all vendor relationships continuously remain in good standing.
• Assist with set up of new vendors; obtain W9 forms and banking information from all new vendors.
• Collaborate with the Team(s) to ensure the timely and complete transition of vendor accounts.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve open balances, provide payment information, or other related issues.
• Audit, process and maintain schedules for all product (via 3-way match) and non-product vendor vouchers and ensure wires are processed accurately and timely.
• Demonstrate flexibility while operating in a highly professional manner.
• Perform other job responsibilities and assist with other projects as assigned.
• Assist with the audits as they occur
• Assist with month end closing and perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proficient with (Intermediate) Microsoft Excel
• Powerful communication and time management skills are required.
• Demonstrated ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Works well under pressure and is accustomed to strict deadline deliverables
• Previous ERP expereince

Desired Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of Full Cycle Accounts Payable experience
• Experience dealing with a large volume of accounts (in excess of 100 accounts) and a monthly A/P portfolio.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Intermediate (pivot tables and lookups)
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure invoices are coded correctly
• Requires Associate degree in Business or Accounting. Equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered
