About the Role:

Job Title: Marketing Project Manager / Content Manager

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project and/or program-manage short-term and ongoing initiatives by leading end-to-end operations, ensuring the coordination of time, resources, dependencies, and budget.

  • Partner with stakeholders across the marketing organization to develop and operationalize a scalable workflow for content and creative production.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing leaders to scale content and creative globally, identifying opportunities to localize everything from campaigns and virtual events to SEO content and videos, managing the process from brief to distribution.
  • Listen to feedback from marketing, sales, partners, and customers, and work with the team to prioritize and complete the projects that will have the greatest impact.
  • Partner with channel owners (eg. web, growth, events, SEO, video production etc.) and content strategists to identify upcoming content and creative needs, and plan production timelines and resources accordingly.
  • Work with teams across the business (eg. customer success, recruitment, talent brand, sales, etc.) to understand their content needs, allocate resources, and prioritize requests.
  • Manage the day-to-day content production schedule, using a mix of internal and external writers, agencies, and creatives.
  • Be the main point of contact for our network of agencies and freelance contributors, managing the global content budget we have sufficient resources and our contributors are fully enabled to support the team’s goals.
  • Manage team processes and lead large scale program management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 8 years experience in content production, ideally in an agency model where you’re managing multiple stakeholders and complex multimedia campaigns.
  • Experience working with creative and content teams to manage projects from brief to go-live.
  • Experience working globally, with a good knowledge of translation and transcreation processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously, across multiple markets
  • An understanding of the production requirements for a wide range of projects including editorial, campaign, email, social, and video content.
  • Experience working with digital project management tools to track and manage production.

Location: Provo, Utah (Hybrid)/ Seattle, WA

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $130,000 – $140,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
