The Marketing Project Manager will collaborate closely within the marketing team and across the other functional areas of the company, with a strong focus on collaborating and coordinating with the Web Dev team. This role will build bridges between teams and people while communicating project status clearly and accurately. The Marketing PM will take a broader view of the Marketing team to build and ensure the systems and processes that are in place are scalable.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Build a successful Marketing Project Management system to manage marketing and web products and initiatives efficiently and effectively
• Manage the Marketing team workflow and be the point person for ongoing projects
• Manage new project intake. Collaborate cross functionally to develop integrated project briefs and set timing expectations.
• Maintain project schedules while sending out regular updates on project status
• Drive projects to completion and anticipate and help manage through blockers
• Identify and improve upon Marketing workflows, processes, and documentation
• Maintain file organization and implement digital asset management processes/tools
• This role is project focused but with a robust product capability. The output produced is mainly, but not always, software/website related. Oftentimes, the deliverable is to establish and implement processes and systems that enable us to make needed changes

WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED:

• 2-5 years PM experience
• Proven ability to run multiple projects and product lines simultaneously
• Proven ability to independently analyze an issue and formulate multiple recommendations
• Proven ability to bring a project/product from inception to delivery

YOU MUST ALSO BE STRONG AT:

• Interviewing and understanding stakeholders and their needs
• Crystalizing the actual problem and getting buy-in for solutions
• Building a business case surrounding the solution
• Communicating and visualizing the change
• Establishing and managing a roadmap toward project completion
• Managing the selected solution all the way through including requirements & specifications, UI design, UAT, and deployment & implementation with end users

LOCATION: This position is based in our Tukwila, WA headquarters office with a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
BASE SALARY:
$70,000 - $90,000. This range reflects the good-faith hiring base salary range for this position. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training.
