The Arthur Murray Dance Center of Boston is seeking a professional, upbeat, positive-minded individual in the role of Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist. If you love to work with people, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
The Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist is responsible for greeting clients, managing instructor schedules and student appointments, scheduling and collecting payments, answering phones, assisting with client concerns and questions, managing student correspondence about studio events, assisting the Studio Manager and Franchisee, maintaining the reception area and performing general office duties.
Must be able to work well in a busy client facing environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work as part of our staff towards team goals. Skills required: excellent written and oral communication skills, top notch customer service, outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, professionalism, initiative, and problem-solving ability. Graphic Design experience is a plus.
Hours are 11:30 am - 9:00 pm Tuesday to Friday and Saturday from 9:45am to 3:45pm.
Compensation package starting at 40K. Full-time applicants only.
