•Welcomes guests to SKIN SPA and provides information regarding treatments, explains package and membership benefits to clients, including promotions, and encourages clients to return by rebooking and offering packages, retail and upsells, based on esthetician or therapist recommendations to meet daily sales goals and expectations.
•Provides excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner, and ensures excellent overall experience for client satisfaction.
•Maintains schedules and handles appointments, confirmations, and rebookings by the messaging system, email, phone, and walk-ins.
•Handle multi-phone line system and various assignments simultaneously.
•Processes cash and credit transactions and recommends gratuity as appropriate.
•Maintains and updates client records, intake forms, profile, contact, and billing details.
•Handles any complaints with insight and poise and elevates to manager when necessary.
•Ensures and maintains cleanliness and presentation of spa and retail area and enforces all health and sanitation guidelines, as well as all COVID regulations and protocols.
