Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell seeks an experienced and highly motivated individual to serve as the Front Desk Coordinator for the Criminal Bureau of the Attorney General's Office.
The Criminal Bureau works to protect the public by investigating and prosecuting a wide range of criminal cases. These include public corruption; financial fraud and other violations of the public trust; organized crime; gaming violations; narcotics and firearms offenses; appellate issues; insurance and unemployment fraud; human trafficking, and more. The Criminal Bureau's investigations are supported by a team of State Police detectives.
Primary Duties: The Front Desk Coordinator works directly with the Managing Administrative Assistant, Administrative Assistants, and other Bureau staff in organizational and clerical duties relating to the functioning of the Criminal Bureau. The Front Desk Coordinator may also act as the Bureau contact for other bureaus and divisions across the Office, as well as outside agencies. The Front Desk Coordinator handles the processing and updating of complaints, immunity requests, Governor's warrants, daily mail, organizes and maintains files, schedules meetings, archives case materials, coordinates travel, and assists with special projects. Additionally, the Front Desk Coordinator has regular contact with members of the public. This is a fast-paced work environment that requires the ability to work on a range of complex matters, often under time pressure.
Position Type: Full-Time/Exempt
Salary: $56,000

Job Qualifications:
