As an Account Manager, you will be a key support for schools using our products, helping them and their students be successful. In this role, you'll be responsible for customer support for institutional account customers, providing expert and prompt assistance over email, phone, and video conferencing to all parties throughout the entire customer lifecycle. You will regularly coordinate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to ensure these customers have clear and smooth setup and user experiences, in order to actively improve customer retention.
