As an Account Manager, you will be a key support for schools using our products, helping them and their students be successful. In this role, you'll be responsible for customer support for institutional account customers, providing expert and prompt assistance over email, phone, and video conferencing to all parties throughout the entire customer lifecycle. You will regularly coordinate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to ensure these customers have clear and smooth setup and user experiences, in order to actively improve customer retention.

The Account Manager will:

• Manages product setup and user support to customers through email, phone, and video conferencing.
• Fulfills customer orders of digital or physical products in coordination with Product teams.
• Maintains customer accounts using AoPS custom systems, maintaining correct product access for customers and their users.
• Troubleshoots reported bugs and other issues, with the assistance of Engineering, as needed.
• Supports the Finance team to facilitate billing and payment processing for these customers.
• Responsible for end-to-end QA on the customer experience.
• Sends, stores, and maintains contracts. Coordinates post-sale contract customization and negotiations.
• Develops and maintains an up-to-date knowledge of all products available for purchase by customers.
• Maintains documentation of policies, procedures, workflow, templates, etc.
• Completes other tasks and responsibilities, as assigned.

The ideal candidate has:

• Experience in education preferred, including teaching, coaching teachers, or delivering professional development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Google Suite applications.
• Able to execute on internal stakeholder needs and adapt quickly if needs change.
• Efficient, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Critical decision-making ability even in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with contract management and compliance is preferred.
