The role:

Armis is seeking an experienced, energetic and detail-oriented Senior Accountant who will be responsible for the consolidation and maintaining the General Ledger. This position will play a crucial role in the timely financial close process, external audit, and financial reporting

What you will do:

 Prepare inter-company entries and reconcile inter-company balances
 Consolidate monthly financials and distribute the monthly reporting package
 Actively participate in the monthly/quarterly/year-end close, which includes preparation of
journal entries (i.e SBC, allocations, accruals, amortizations, reclasses, etc.), reconcile
assigned BS and P&L accounts
 Prepare consolidated BS flux analysis
 Assist external reporting function with updating certain disclosure tables and tie outs
 Collaborate with FP&A and other cross-functional departments to ensure data integrity
 Prepare audit PBC items and assist with external audit requests
 Document desktop procedures and accounting processes
 Review current processes and provide recommendations to improve efficiencies
 Work closely with NetSuite admin for system and reporting enhancements and upgrades
 Ad hoc projects, analysis and reporting as required by management

What we expect:

 Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field
 CPA and Big4 public accounting experience preferred
 6 years of accounting experience
 Excellent communication skills and ability to build support across functions
 Excel at a fast-paced work environment
 Ability to multi-task, prioritize and willingness to assist in different areas as needed
 Strong attention to details
 Ability to interact cooperatively and work as a team

Salary range guidance for this position is: $100,000-135,000 per year.
