Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Spanish & English speaking Salesperson to join our team. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and meet or exceed sales targets.

Duties:

- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs and preferences

- Conduct test drives to showcase the features and benefits of different vehicles

- Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers to close sales

- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions

- Follow up with potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals

- Utilize sales support software to manage customer interactions, track leads, and monitor the sales pipeline

- Ensure accurate documentation of all sales transactions

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process

Requirements:

- Previous experience in car sales or a similar role is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals

- Proficient in using inventory control software and other relevant tools

- Fluent in both English & Spanish

Pay: $72,427.00 - $82,924.00 per year
