How You Will Make an Impact

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive eCommerce Sales Specialist to join our team. The Automotive eCommerce Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing our online sales channel for automotive sales. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive industry and a proven track record of success in eCommerce sales. You will directly impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase or lease their vehicle!

What Winning Looks Like: 

- Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity

- Manage and grow our eCommerce sales channels for automotive sales, including acquisitions and retention.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, traffic, and conversion rates.

- Collaborate with our marketing team to create and execute effective online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, and social media, and advertising.

- Manage customer relationships, including responding to inquiries, handling customer complaints, and providing exceptional customer service.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements to ensure we remain competitive in the market.

- Work closely with our in-store team to identify new products and opportunities for growth.

- Provide exceptional customer service: Your eCommerce department should provide outstanding customer service to build customer loyalty and drive repeat sales. Respond quickly to customer inquiries and complaints and offer self-service options such as a knowledge base or FAQ section.

Skills Needed to Win: 

- Exceptional customer service and verbal and written communications skills

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- 3 years of experience in automotive eCommerce sales or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and parts and accessories market.

- Experience managing and growing online sales channels, including websites and online marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay.

- Strong knowledge of online marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media, and PPC advertising.

- Exceptional customer service skills and experience managing customer relationships.

- Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing sales data and identifying trends and opportunities for growth.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento is a plus.
